This is also an interesting aspect of the properties of this vegetable. It may not be as well known as the skills mentioned above, but it cannot be overlooked. Onions are a great help for both the skin and the hair.
If you are struggling with acne, then you will need onions. They do not solve the problem for you but act symptomatically. What does that mean? Onion juice helps to get rid of pimples (thanks to its antibacterial properties). Just put a slice of this vegetable in the place where the latter appeared. You can also prepare an anti-acne mask. All you need is onion juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a bit of lemon juice. It is worth using it regularly.
Onions are also known for the fact that they allow, to some extent, to remove dark planes from the skin, and even freckles. But above all, it protects against aging. Of course, it is not a miraculous way to rejuvenate. The fact is, on the other hand, that thanks to strong antioxidants. among others, the vitamin C mentioned above, it protects the skin from aging too quickly.
As far as hair is concerned, onions are recommended as a rubbing aid. To be more precise, it is made from the juice of this vegetable. It is rubbed into the scalp. It affects the growth of the hair, the so-called baby hair.
Onions and slimming – what is the effect?
The secret has been rescinded for all information. Firstly, onions are a low-calorie vegetable. For this reason, it can be an excellent supplement to your diet. It contains vitamin C. The latter has a significant impact on the process of fat burning and helps avoid being pigeonholed.
It can therefore be clearly stated that onions help to lose weight by interfering with fat control. Both the combustion process and, above all, its postponement.
